About us
LaMission is a Human-Centered Design studio. We work with organisations, teams and individuals who have a problem to solve, a service to improve, a decision to make better, or a change to sustain.
We apply the same rigorous method whether the client is a company launching a product, a public institution redesigning a service, a team that needs to work differently, or an individual who wants to use HCD to navigate a challenge in their own life.
The sector does not define the method. The problem does.
Methodology
Each phase ends with something concrete you can hold, argue with, and take into the next room.
We observe, interview and immerse ourselves in the situation before proposing anything. This phase often reveals that the stated problem and the real problem are not the same thing.
